I know about fandoms intolerance concerning OC's... Still, the interviewer should at least have a face and a name. Making a decent OC is actually not that hard. Follow some guidelines and you can minimize the hatred your pony gets, but don't expect him to get outstanding love either.
1) Do NOT make an Alicorn OC.
2) Do NOT ship your OC with main characters. If you can't resist, at least don't make it public.
3) Do NOT give your OC outstanding powers. It's tempting to create Superman in pony form, but just don't.
4) Do NOT have your OC mess with canon
I cant believe I missed the 'c' in excited... Now excuse me, I have to smash my desk with my forehead.
